This book is printed by an online, private publisher and gets produced and sent in an on-demand basis. This means when you order from me, I send the order to the printer that day, and the moment the printer receives the order they begin to manufacture your book, package it, and then they send it to you via either UPS Ground (with a tracking #) or USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation).

The printing company says it takes them approximately 10-15 days to process, manufacture, package, and send the hardbound version of this book, which delivery will take another 3-5 days depending where you live (again, foreign orders are a bit longer). Therefore, please allow approximately 3 weeks of total time from your order before asking me of the status. (In actual practice, the turnaround time has been about 8-10 days to process the hardbound version, so you will usually have your book within two weeks of your order.) Again, rest assured, as soon as it gets shipped, I will email you and let you know, as well as provide the tracking number.
